Georgetown basketball schedule released

Georgetown released its men’s basketball schedule on Thursday. All but one of their games will be televised, starting with the season opener against Oregon in South Korea on Nov. 8. The Hoyas begin play in the newly configured Big East on Dec. 31 at Verizon Center against DePaul. They also have games against national powers Kansas (Dec. 21 in Lawrence, Kan.) and Michigan State (Feb. 1 at Madison Square Garden in New York).
