Potomac nipped Osbourn to win the Northwest Region title last season before falling to Highland Springs in the state quarterfinals. The Panthers lost three of their top four scorers but senior guards Shawn Andrews and Miles Weldon and a talented sophomore class still make the Panthers the favorite....Three teams, not two, from each district will qualify for the region tournament this season. . . .
