Andre De Grasse of Canada bested a deep field in the men’s 200 meters at the Tokyo Olympics on Wednesday to win one of his sport’s marquee races. Noah Lyles, a 24-year-old from Alexandria, Va., had long been considered a favorite to win the event, but he failed to rise to the occasion on track and field’s biggest stage.
