Colorado lawmaker reveals he wears bulletproof vest out of 'fear of retaliation'
Colorado State Rep. Alec Garnett (D) admitted on March 2 that he has been wearing a bulletproof vest to work in the state Capitol, saying he fears retaliation for speaking on behalf of accusers in a sexual harassment scandal involving Rep. Steve Lebsock (D).
