Schumer: 'We're not going to shut down the government'

Sen. Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.) said on Friday that it wasn't Senate Democrats' "intention" to shutdown the government over cuts to coal miners' healthcare, but said they wanted to highlight the "seriousness" of the issue.
