Starbucks arrests spark controversy for company and police
After two black men were arrested while waiting at a Philadelphia Starbucks on April 12, the company and the police are facing fierce criticism. Starbucks announced on April 17, that it would close more than 8,000 U.S. stores on May 29 for a “racial-bias education” training.
