Rep. Gerald E. Connolly (D-Va.), who chairs the House subcommittee that oversees the Postal Service, will question Postmaster General Louis DeJoy about the suspension of policies that led to a slowdown in mail delivery and concerns for mail-in voting for the November election at a House hearing on Aug. 24.
