Leahy asks Kavanaugh about stolen Democratic emails from 2003
Sen. Patrick J. Leahy (D-Vt.) asked Supreme Court nominee Brett M. Kavanaugh if he was aware that former Republican Senate staffer Manny Miranda had shared Senate Democrats' internal communications with him in 2003, in order to aid in confirmations for federal judges.
