McConnell nixes Trump's calls to change Senate rules

Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) responded to President Trump's calls to change Senate rules and end the filibuster on Aug. 1, saying "Our problem on health care was not the Democrats," and that there aren't enough votes in the Senate to change its rules.
