McMaster, Tillerson: Trump is out of Paris Climate Accord, but 'the door is open'
National security adviser H.R. McMaster and Secretary of State Rex Tillerson said Trump will still withdraw from the Paris Climate Accord as of Sept. 17, however they maintained the president is also open to re-negotiation.
