Trump tells supporters he can be 'really vicious' to Biden

Speaking to an enthusiastic crowd in Nevada on Sept. 12, President Trump tore into rival Joe Biden, claiming an ad put out by his presidential campaign gave Trump permission to be "vicious." Trump attacked Biden's family and mental acuity, saying, "He doesn't know he's alive."
