Trump vows end to 'catch and release' and to construct 'cities of tents'

President Trump on Nov. 1 bashed the caravan of migrants approaching the U.S., and said he would stop releasing asylum seekers into the U.S. while they await hearings, and will build "massive cities of tents" to house them.
