What’s really going on in Kashmir? | The Fact Checker

August 23, 2019 | 2:39 PM GMT
The Indian government has said Kashmir is calm after deciding to revoke the area's autonomous status, but video and eyewitness accounts show a different story. The Indian government and Kashmir state police officials have said Kashmir is peaceful and has denied that protests have taken place. The visuals we found show that is not the case.
