Whitehouse drops the mic as he ends eight year run of weekly climate change speeches

Sen. Sheldon Whitehouse (D-R.I.) ended his weekly 'Time to Wake Up' speeches on climate change after eight years, saying conditions are "at last in a place for a real solution." He made the speech 279 times.
