Christine Lagarde says changing norms about gender inequality requires a 'multifaceted approach'
International Monetary Fund Managing Director Christine Lagarde describes her view that both men and women play a role in changing norms surrounding gender discrimination. Lagarde became the first woman appointed to the post of Finance and Economy Minister of France in 2007 and is the first woman to hold the top job at the IMF.
