New York City Health Commissioner Oxiris Barbot, MD, says her agency is doing "whatever it takes" to end the measles outbreak that's sickened 588 people so far this year. "We're offering people in-home vaccinations...I was telling my staff that I never thought in my public health career that we would be giving immunizations on the down-low."
