Rep. Adam Schiff says he would like to summon Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein to testify

One day after U.S. Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein announced his resignation, Rep. Adam Schiff (D-Calif.) said he would like to summon Rosenstein to testify before Congress about the Mueller investigation. "Rod Rosenstein was a witness. Rod Rosenstein was a participant in what led to the firing of James Comey, and he should not have had any role in whether the obstruction case rose to the level of a prosecutable crime."
