Boeing can recover after deadly crashes, grounding of 737 Max, experts say

Boeing’s 737 Max has been grounded since March after two accidents that killed 346 people in Indonesia and Ethiopia. Uncertainty over when it will fly again is starting to affect the airline industry’s longer-term plans, but former FAA Administrator Michael Huerta and Aviation Analyst Michael Boyd say they believe Boeing can recover. “They're too big not to,” Boyd said. “It's a big part of their product line, but it's not the only one and they will work it out.”
