New videos raise questions in Chicago police shooting
New dashcam videos have been released that show the October 2014 shooting of Laquan McDonald. The videos raise fresh questions about whether police properly documented the killing because the footage lacks discernible audio, so that sounds of the 16 gunshots which hit the black teen, and any commands shouted by police, are not available.
