West Virginia governor says there’s no chance Sen. Joe Manchin will switch parties

When asked if he thinks Democratic Sen. Joe Manchin will switch parties, West Virginia Gov. Jim Justice said he doesn’t think there’s a chance Manchin will switch to the Republican Party. “At the end of the day, it is absolutely frivolous talk to think Joe Manchin is going to switch parties.”
