Canada, Mexico, Europe vow retaliation as U.S. starts tariffs
Commerce Secretary Wilbur Ross said tariffs of 25 percent on imported steel and 10 percent on aluminum shipments take effect June 1. Canada, Mexico and the European Union have all vowed retaliatory measures.
