Coroner: 'We don't know' what happened to Otto Warmbier
An Ohio coroner’s report revealed University of Virginia student Otto Warmbier, who was imprisoned in North Korea for 17 months, passed away from a lack of oxygen to the brain. “We don’t know what the root cause of that is,” Hamilton County Coroner Dr. Lakshmi Sammarco said.
