Otto Warmbier's parents: 'You can't negotiate' with North Korea
The parents of Otto Warmbier, a U.S. college student who died in 2017 soon after being released from captivity in North Korea, told the United Nations on May 3 that "you can't negotiate" with North Korea. "You just have to shame them."
