Oxfam director: Haiti scandal 'breaks my heart'
The executive director of Oxfam International said she was “heartbroken” by an unfolding sexual misconduct scandal linked to aid workers in Haiti. The British government has threatened to cut off aid for Oxfam, one of the country's biggest charities.
