Van hits pedestrians in Toronto
Police said that a van rammed into pedestrians on a sidewalk in Toronto on April 23 and that the driver was in custody. Prime Minister Justin Trudeau spoke briefly to reporters, saying, "Our hearts go out to anyone affected."
