Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said Wednesday that Ukraine is “alive and kicking” and has defeated invading Russia “in the battle for minds of the world.” In his address to a joint meeting of Congress, where he received a rousing welcome, Zelensky thanked the United States for billions of dollars in military aid. “Your money is not charity. It is an investment in the global security and democracy that we handle in the most responsible way.”
