Support steady for no-fly zone, but disapproval of president jumps

Support for the U.S. role in establishing a no-fly zone over Libya is unmoved from a month ago. But significantly more now disapprove of President Obama’s handling of the situation there, shining a light on the political risks he faces on the issue.
