Most Americans agree that banks shoulder a large share of blame for the nation's economic troubles, but the public is about evenly divided on whether the government should limit bankers' bonuses or impose higher taxes on firms that take more risks. One point of cross-party unity: Bonuses over $1 million should be subject to special taxes.
