Inside the Terminal Go to Ticketing (Level 3) Concourse (Level 2) Travelers arriving from the Metro station or the parking garage enter the airport at this level. Known as National Hall, this floor contains entries to the three piers of gates, shops and restaurants. Only 25 of the new terminal's 35 gates will open July 27. The remaining 10 gates are scheduled to be completed by late 1998. This floor contains airline ticket counters and access to the outdoor terraces at each end. Airline counters line the west wall.
