Alcohol-related traffic fatalities since 1982

Alcohol was a factor in 10,839 deaths on the highway in 2009 and accounted for about 150,000 deaths in the past decade. Search back to 1982 to see total fatalities, fatalities in which no alcohol was involved (BAC=.00), fatalities in which alcohol was involved (BAC=.01-.07) and alcohol-impaired driving fatalities (BAC=.08+).
