This Washington Post-ABC News poll was conducted by telephone February 28-March 2, 2008, among a random national sample of 1,126 adults, including 629 Democrats and Democratic-leaning independents. The results from the full survey have a margin of sampling error of plus or minus three percentage points; it is four points among leaned Democrats. Sampling, data collection and tabulation by TNS of Horsham, Pa.
