Who has been able to select health care coverage so far
Data released by the Department of Health and Human Services shows new information that more than 8 million people selected a health plan from the federal health insurance marketplace or fourteen state marketplaces Oct. 1, 2013 to March 31, 2014, including additional special enrollment activity reported through April 19.
