Google’s rank among
lobbying spenders
Google’s federal lobbying spending now ranks on par with the largest U.S. corporations active in Washington. The company went from 213th place in 2004 to second in 2012.
After its first foray into lobbying in 2003, Google became the second-largest corporate spender on lobbying in the United States in 2012.
