Repeat All-Met Swimmer of the Year seems to break records every time he steps onto the starting blocks. Began his postseason by downing Washington Metropolitan Prep School Swim and Dive League records in the 100-yard backstroke (47.47) and 100 butterfly (47.43). Switched it up a week later at Metros, where he broke the independent national high school record in the 500 free with a time of 4:17.51. It was the third-fastest swim in high school history. He finished the season with six automatic all-American times. Video
