Few swimmers possess the versatility that Hu showcased this postseason, breaking records nearly every time she took to the water. The two-time All-Met led the Cougars to their first Northern Region and Virginia AAA titles, with automatic all-American swims in the 200-yard IM, 100 free, 100 back, and 100 fly, as well as two come-from-behind victories in the 400 free relay. At states, she set George Mason University pool records in the 100 back (53.45) and 100 fly (53.20).
