Jeff Hawes, Potomac Falls

In his 13th year with the Panthers, Hawes guided a team with 11 juniors to a program-best 23-2 record and the Virginia AA Division 4 title with a 69-64 double-overtime victory over Broadway in the championship game. It was the first state title for a Loudoun County boys' basketball team. The only coach in Potomac Falls history, Hawes has led the team to nine Dulles District championships and to the regional tournament in nine of the past 11 seasons.
