Dalia Colón is an award-winning multimedia journalist based in Florida who specializes           in travel, food, and the arts. She is the executive producer and host of “The Zest,” a Florida food podcast that’s part of the NPR network, and associate producer and co-host of “WEDU Arts Plus” on Tampa Bay’s PBS station. Her upcoming cookbook, “The Florida Vegetarian Cookbook,” will be published in 2024. She lives in Riverview, Fla., with her husband and children, where she’s busy planning her family’s next Florida adventure.
